Our Pepperoni is fermented and dry-aged like every other salami we make. No cooking, no shortcuts, and that’s where the depth comes from. Cayenne brings the heat, fennel seed brings the sweetness, and imported paprika rounds it out with color and warmth.

Built for pizza, but it cups and crisps just as well on a flatbread or in a hot pan.

Sold as two pieces, 1 lb each. Best on a slicer. A sharp knife and a steady hand will do.
